A Brief Introduction of DQW Electric Device for Partial Rotary Valve
Abbreviated as Q-type electrical equipment. It is a driving device for valve opening, closing or regulating control. It is suitable for butterfly valves, ball valves, cock valves and throttle valves which turn 90 degrees. It can be controlled remotely or operated on site. It is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, food, textile, paper-making, pharmaceutical, waterworks and sewage treatment industries.
The performance of DQW electric device conforms to the requirements of JB/T8528-1997 "Technical Conditions for General Valve Electric Devices"; the performance of flameproof type conforms to GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment Part 1: General Requirements"; GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment Part 2: Flameproof"d"; and JB/T8. 529-1997 "Technical Specifications for Flameproof Valve Electric Devices".
Classification of DQW Partial Rotary Valve Electric Devices
According to the type of protection, there are outdoor type and flameproof type.
According to the control mode, there are three types: conventional type, integral type and integral regulation type.
Conventional electric device is a separate structure, which needs external control box and no field button. The integral electric device is an integrated structure, which can input switching signals, output 4-20mA signals, and have field buttons. The adjustable electric device is an integrated structure, which can input and output 4-20mA signals and adjust the opening of the valve, thus realizing the adjustment of the flow rate.
III. Integral and integral regulating type of DQW partial rotary valve electric device
Integral type: The control system and electric device are integrated into a whole called integral electric device. Its electrical part is mainly composed of integral module, button box, opening meter (or digital indicator), contactor and so on. Electrical components are installed on a reversible board to adjust the torque control mechanism, stroke control mechanism and opening indicator mechanism. There are three buttons on the button box, the middle one is the field/remote control conversion button, the left one is the field shutdown button, the right one is the field open button, the cover of the button box is the remote control, the remote one is the contact control of the 24VDC switch (24VDC has been supplied), and the open one is the field operation.
Integral regulation type: On the basis of the integral type, an integral regulation type electric device is formed by introducing a regulation module. Its electrical part is composed of a regulation module, a button box, an opening meter (or a digital indicator) and a contactor. It can receive and output 4~20mA standard signal.
IV. Working environment and main technical parameters of DQW partial rotary valve electric device
1 power supply: conventional, three-phase 380V (50Hz) special, three-phase 660V, 415V, single-phase 220V, 110V (50Hz, 60Hz)
2. Working environment:
Ambient temperature: - 20 ~ + 60 (- 40 ~ + 80 C) for special orders.
Relative humidity: <95% (at 25 ~C).
Protective type: Outdoor type is used in places without flammable, explosive and corrosive media. Flameproof products include d I and D II BT4. D I is suitable for non-mining face in coal mine, D II BT4 is used in factory, and it is suitable for explosive gas mixture with class II A and class II B T1~T4 environment.
