The decimal counter principle, also known as counter, has high control precision. The structure is shown in Figure 7. Its working principle is: a pair of large and small bevel gears in the reducer drive the transmission pinion, and then drive the travel control mechanism to work. If the position of the stroke controller is adjusted according to the opening and closing of the valve, when the controller rotates to the pre-adjusted position (number of turns) with the output shaft, the cam will rotate 90 degrees, forcing the micro-switch to act, cutting off the power supply of the motor and stopping the motor, thus realizing the control of the stroke (number of turns) of the electric device.
Note 1: In order to control the valve with more turns, the cam can be adjusted to rotate 180 or 270 degrees and then press the micro-switch action.
