After assembling Q120 valve electric device and valve, the torque control mechanism, stroke control mechanism and opening indicator mechanism must be adjusted separately before they can be used. The torque control mechanism, stroke control mechanism and opening indicator mechanism of some rotary electric devices are the same, so the adjustment method is the same.
Note 1: Before adjusting, it is necessary to check whether the potentiometer on the opening indicator has been disconnected (just loosen the fastening screw of the potentiometer shaft gear) in order to prevent damage; manually make the valve in the middle position, check whether the control circuit is correct and then check the direction of the motor, in order to prevent the motor from losing control!
Note 2: Before adjustment, the screw of the mechanical limit mechanism should be loosened until the end of adjustment, then the limit screw should be screwed in, screwed back 0.5-1 circle, and tightened the cap.
Adjustment of Torque Control Mechanism:
Before leaving the factory, the torque control mechanism has been adjusted according to the order requirements and filled in the product qualification certificate. Generally, no further adjustment is needed. If it is necessary to adjust, just release the screws, slightly move the cam and turn it to the cam, then tighten the screws.
Adjustment of travel control mechanism:
1. Turn the handwheel to "close" the valve.
2. Loosen the screw on the output shaft and turn the closing cam clockwise so that it can press the closing micro-switch and tighten the screw.
3. Manual valve opening to the middle position, electric valve closing, check whether the valve closing meets the requirements, if not, continue to fine-tune the cam until it meets the requirements;
4. Open the valve manually to the full open position, release the screw, turn the open cam counter-clockwise, make it just press to open the micro-switch, then tighten the screw; close the valve manually or electrically, open the valve electrically, check whether the valve will meet the requirements, if not, continue to fine-tune the open to the cam until it meets the requirements.
Adjustment of opening indicator mechanism:
1. Adjustment of mechanical indication: Adjust with the stroke control mechanism. While adjusting the shut-in stroke, turn the pointer, align the "C" pointers on the dial, and tighten the screw.
2. Adjustment of potentiometer: close valve manually or electronically, hang potentiometer gear, tighten potentiometer nut, face potentiometer, turn potentiometer shaft clockwise close to terminal position, and then tighten the tightening screw on
