Electric actuator is the executive unit of industrial automation instrument. It can accept the control signals from regulator, industrial computer, DCS, computer and other instrument systems, and automatically complete the adjustment action. 2. Automatic correction of phase sequence: the rotation direction of the actuator can be set freely, and the phase sequence of the power supply can also be corrected freely.
3. Phase-out protection: It has the function of power supply phase-out protection.
4. Overheat protection: In the improved circuit, a protective relay is added, so that the coil of the relay is connected to the power supply zero line of the PM-2 control board, and the coil is connected to the phase line U, so that the protective relay K is also controlled by the overheat protection switch embedded in the motor.
5. Forbidden Delay Protection: Avoid or reduce the reaction force of mechanical parts due to inertia. This protection function is suitable for both on-site control and remote control.
6. Electronic interlock protection: When one instruction is being executed and remains valid and another reverse control instruction is applied (that is, two instructions exist simultaneously and are valid), the electric actuator will stop executing * one instruction and then execute the next one.
7. Instantaneous Over-Torque Protection: Over-Torque Protection means that once the load torque exceeds the allowable value during the operation of the electric actuator, the power supply should be cut off immediately or an alarm signal should be sent out, and then the motor rotation should be stopped, so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the valve and protecting the actuator itself. The development of over-torque can be divided into three stages: over-torque stage of mechanical control, over-torque stage of sensor control and over-torque stage of sensor control.
