1. Shell - light weight due to the use of high-quality aluminum alloy. The inner and outer surfaces are anodized, and the outer surface is coated with polyester powder, which has strong corrosion resistance.

2. Motor - squirrel cage motor is adopted, with large output torque and built-in thermal protection switch for temperature control to prevent motor damage.

3. Manual structure - when the power is off, pull the clutch handle for manual operation. When energized, the clutch resets automatically.

4. Position indicator - the indicator is mounted on the central shaft to observe the valve position. And there is an indicator light (SLU) to choose from.

5. Dryer - used to control the temperature, prevent moisture condensation inside the actuator, and keep the internal electrical components dry.

6. Limit switch - controlled by cam mechanism, simple adjustment mechanism can set position accurately and conveniently.

7. Torque switch (except hq-008) - it can provide overload protection to prevent motor damage. (set before delivery, please do not change the setting casually.).

8. Self locking - it has self-locking function to prevent reverse rotation, and the rotating part is stable and reliable.

9. Installation - the installation dimension of the bottom meets the international standard of ISO5211. The drive shaft sleeve can be removed and processed as required, with strong adaptability. It can be installed vertically or horizontally.

10. Wiring terminal - the line layout is compact and reasonable, the diameter of the wiring terminal is 2.5mm, the pressure is large, and the connection is firm.

11. Worm gear - designed with concave wheel, it has large contact surface with worm, large transmission torque, stable and wear-resistant, and long service life.
