381l series direct stroke electronic electric actuator is a new type of actuator which uses 220V AC single-phase power supply as the driving power, receives the control signal from the regulator (DC4 ~ 20mA or DC1 ~ 5V), and realizes the predetermined linear reciprocating motion. When this series of actuators are used as the actuator of the control valve, they almost have all kinds of action transformation functions required by the control valve itself, as well as valve opening signal function and manual function. Therefore, it is widely used in power generation, metallurgy, petrochemical, light industry, environmental protection and other industrial sectors.
This series of actuators has the following main features:
1.1 the actuator is designed with a servo system (without additional servo amplifier), and only needs to be connected to DC4 ~ 20mA
(or DC1 ~ 5V) signal and AC220V single-phase power supply can work. The internal wiring terminal is set, and the wiring is very simple

1.2 the controller, the key component of the actuator, adopts the most advanced hybrid integrated circuit and is resin tight

1.3 high performance conductive plastic potentiometer is used for feedback detection of driving capacity, with resolution less than 0.4%.
1.4 it has self diagnosis function. In case of fault, the indicator light on the controller will immediately send out an indication signal.
1.5 when the off signal can be set with the state selection switch, (the valve core is in the fully open, fully closed or self-locking state.)
1.6 it can be set (positive and negative action) with the state selection switch
1.7 the input signal can be set as (DC4 ~ 20mA or DC1 ~ 5V) by using the state selection switch
1.8 it is easy to adjust the working zero point (start point) and stroke (end point).
1.9 when the power is cut off suddenly, the valve core can be locked automatically.
1.10 adopt synchronous belt rotation, effectively reduce the noise.
1.11 delay protection function: it can implement state self-locking under rated load, and can start immediately in case of fault
Dynamic protection, and reverse operation can cancel delay protection.
