Introduction of Z60 General Valve Electric Device
Multi-turn valve electric device, referred to as Z-type electrical equipment, is the valve to open, close or regulate the control of the driving equipment. Z-type electric installation is suitable for gate valve, globe valve, diaphragm valve, plunger valve, throttle valve, water gate, etc. It can be used in open stem valves or dark stem valves.
This series of electrical fittings have the characteristics of full function, reliable performance, advanced control system, small size, light weight, convenient use and maintenance, etc. The valve can be controlled remotely, centrally and automatically. It is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, paper making, sewage treatment and other industries.
The performance of this product meets the requirements of JB/T8528-1997 "Technical Conditions for General Valve Electric Devices". The performance of flameproof type meets the requirements of GB3836.1-2000 Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment Part 1: General Requirements, GB3836.2-2000 Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment Part 2: Flameproof "d" and JB/T8529-1997 "Technical Conditions for Flameproof Valve Electrical Devices". Multi-rotary electric devices are classified into outdoor type and flameproof type according to protection type.
According to the control mode, there are three types: conventional type, integral type and integral regulation type.
According to connection type, there are torque type, power plant type and thrust type.
II. Type Representation Method of Z60 General Valve Electric Device
Protection/explosion grade: W outdoor type; B flameproof type; Z integral type; T integral adjustment type.
Maximum number of turns on output axis: Arabic numerals, countless numerals as shown in Table 1
Output Speed: Arabic Number Representation, Unit r/min (Rotation/min)
Connection type: T for thrust type, I for power plant type, no code for conventional torque type
Rated Output Torque: Arabic Number Representation, Unit kgf?

1.Z30I-6: Multi-turn electric device, output torque 300N? M (30kgf? M), power station interface, output speed 18r / min, maximum number of turns 60, conventional outdoor type.
2.Z45T-24B: Multi-rotation electric device, output torque 450N?M (45kgf?M), thrust interface, output speed 24 r/min, maximum number of turns 120, flameproof type.
3.Z120-24W/240T: Multi-rotation electric device, output torque 1200N? M (120kgf? M), torque interface, output speed 24 r/min, maximum number of turns 240, overall adjustment type.
III. Working Environment and Main Technical Parameters of Z60 General Valve Electric Device
3.1 power supply: conventional, three-phase 380V (50Hz)
Special, three-phase 660V, 415V (50Hz, 60Hz);
Single-phase 220V, 110V (50Hz, 60Hz)
3.2 Working environment:
3.2.1 ambient temperature: - 20 ~ + 60 (- 40 ~ + 80 C) for special orders.
3.2.2 Relative humidity: <95% (at 25 ~C).
3.2.3 Type of protection: Outdoor type for non-flammable, explosive and non-corrosive media. Flameproof products include d I and D II BT4. D I is suitable for non-mining face in coal mine, D II BT4 is used in factory, and it is suitable for explosive gas mixture with class II A and class II B T1~T4 environment.
