BR fine and small electric actuators are suitable for some rotary valves (such as butterfly valves, ball valves and dampers) and similar equipment. 2. Strong motor is designed according to the working characteristics of the valve. It has high starting moment, low starting current and small turning inertia. Stator winding is assembled with built-in overheat protector (automatic recovery type). 3. Precision gears are composed of precise tangential multi-gears and shafts. Gears and shafts are made of heat-treated high-alloy steel. They have high strength and good endurance and can withstand long-term fatigue load impact. The gear mechanism is filled with imported food grade molybdenum base grease to complete permanent lubrication without spot inspection or maintenance.
4. Mechanical limit device, mechanical limit bolt and limit block made of stainless steel can accurately adjust the travel mechanism to the required angle. For easy adjustment, the bolt for the outer shell, after each adjustment with stainless steel nuts to lock the required position.
5. Valve opening display lens and body are bonded with imported food-grade glass glue. The bonding height is strong, which makes the product pollution-free and high temperature resistant, and can effectively resist the corrosion of harsh environment such as rainwater blistering.
6. The manual rocker can use stainless steel handle to drive the valve when debugging or power off. S is clockwise and O is counterclockwise.
7. The cable interface has two G1/2 waterproof cable connectors, which are used for cable and signal lines respectively to prevent interference.
8. The HD series of micro-switch adopts imported micro-switch. The contact quality, operation life and insulation performance are excellent and reliable.
9. Precision potentiometers use imported high-precision potentiometers, service life up to 30,000 times! Very suitable for small valve opening adjustment needs! Effectively ensure the accuracy adjustment of electric valves.
10. The resin-encapsulated control module of the control module has the remarkable characteristics of high decomposition, strong function, anti-vibration, long life and reliability.
11. The built-in control module of the servo mechanism continuously compares the input signal with the feedback signal of the potentiometer. When the balance is reached, the motor stops working, and then the output shaft keeps the valve in the corresponding position until the input signal changes. 12. Intelligent integrated automatic control device has 4-20mA. DC input and output signal which can be controlled by computer PLC and DCS system.
