4.2 working principle
Is the block diagram of M series power controller system.
4.2.1 open-loop control (MK, MDK)
Impulse control: the electric actuator is controlled by input "on", "off" and "stop" signals.
Maintain type control: electric actuator by typing "open" and "close to" impulse control, pulse width should be acuity lOOms.
Closed-loop control (MU, MD)
The continuous automatic adjustment signal (4-20ma) sent by the external regulator is input by channel l. The set value of the input position is converted by A and D to be compared with the actual position, so as to carry out accurate automatic adjustment control.
The continuous regulating pulse signal (DC24V) sent by the external regulator is input by pass 2, and the set value of the input position is compared with the actual position after A/D conversion, so as to automatically adjust accurately.
4.2.3 the control function of M series power controller is realized by the internal program of 89C51 microprocessor inside the controller.

Installation and debugging
5.1 installation
Install the actuator according to site conditions. If the working conditions are bad, the M series power controller can be installed separately with the actuator. MU, MD (MDK) and MK can connect externally according to the wiring diagram in FIG. 2, FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 respectively. After confirmation, power is switched on. In the figure, S12 and S11 are respectively the terminal signal passive contact output of on and off trip switch, and j1-j4 is the output of normally open contact of relay for users to use.
5.2 debugging
5.2.1 M series power controller can be operated in the "remote" or "local" state respectively. When the power is switched on and off, the controller will be in the "remote" state and debugging on the spot. Press the switch key to the "local" state to start, close and stop the key operation on the operation panel.
5.2.2 if the rotation direction of the electric actuator is opposite to that of the valve, MU and MK shall replace the phase sequence of the power input line, and MD and MDK shall switch the terminals 2 and 3 of terminal X401 on the host board.
5.2.3 signal gear adjustment is directly related to valve position signal. Please refer to the relevant sections of "switch and signal adjustment" in operation manual of electric actuator 2SA3, 2SB3, 2SQ3 or 2SJ3.
5.2.4 after signal gear adjustment, if the valve position display is inconsistent with the valve switch direction, then turn the valve position direction switch on the host board (1, 2, 3, 4).
5.2.5 adjust zero position: press the turn key to fully close the valve, adjust to travel S3 action (close >, then break off the POT potentiometer gear and signal gear, feedback current If=2mA from the rotating potentiometer to the valve position, then return the POT, adjust 0% potentiometer on the host board to If=4mA, display oo on the panel.
5.2.6 full adjustment: press the open button to the fully open position of the valve, and adjust to travel S4 action (close), then adjust the lOO% potentiometer on the host board to If=20mA, and the digital tube on the operation panel displays 99. Because the zero position and the full degree affect each other slightly, sometimes needs to adjust several times repeatedly.
5.2.7 torque values of SI and S2 of electric actuator torque control switches have been set according to user requirements before leaving the factory.
5.2.8 in "on" or "distant" operation, the luminous tube on operating the pulp board shows the working state of the valve (MK the distance the indicator lights on the panel display) at the same time, the valve is in middle position, the red and green light are in the process of open valve, red light flashing (1 / S), the green light in the process of closing valve COINS, green light flash (1 / S), turns red, the valve is in full open position, the green light, red light valve in a seated position, the red light, green light
5.2.9 display state of local indicator (MK distant indicator) during fault diagnosis:
Turning over torque fault, red light flashing (2 times, S)
Turn-off over-torque failure, green light flashing (2 times, S)
Motor overload fault, thermal control switch action, red light and green light flashing alternately (2 times, S)
(the above three phenomena, after troubleshooting, the light will automatically return to the original state, travel control and mechanical failure, red light and green light flashing at the same time (2 lS)

6.1m series power controllers are automatically in the "remote" state when powered on
6.2 if user when using computer control the pulse in the distance, its operating pulse width should be acuity lOOmS
6.3 when the remote indicator is selected, its operating current should be <50mA
6.4 valve position feedback current 4-20ma, its external load should be ≤300 Q
