Introduction of DKJ Electronic Angular Travel Electric Actuator
DKJ angle stroke electric actuator is the executive unit of DDZ-II and III series instruments. It is used in conjunction with DDZ-II and III auxiliary control unit instruments. It is powered by AC power supply and receives unified standard signal 4-20 mADC, input signal and feedback signal of position transmitter. After comparing servo amplifier, it outputs switching signal, drives the motor to decelerate mechanically, and converts the input signal into corresponding output shaft angular displacement. Automatic control of valve devices such as damper baffle, butterfly valve, etc., to complete the automatic adjustment task of the system.
It is matched with transmitter and adjusting instrument, and can form various adjusting systems. It can be used with DFD-07A, 09, 1000, 100IA or SFD type operators to realize manual automatic two-way undisturbed switching, remote manual operation and safety interlocking protection of adjusting system.
It is widely used in power plants, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, machinery, light industry, textile, food and medicine and other industrial sectors and regulatory systems.
DKJ angular stroke electronic explosion-proof actuator is a position servo mechanism driven by AC servo motor. The actuator unit can be combined with DDZ-II and III electric units to form instrument DFD-09, 07A, 1000, 100IA operators, and a control system unit with ZPE servo amplifier. The system block diagram is shown in Figure 1. The actuator part includes AC servo motor, reducer and position transmitter.
3. Description of DKJ Electronic Angular-stroke Electric Actuator Motor
DKJ angular stroke electric actuator is driven by one-way servo motor (DKJ610 can also be driven by three-phase motor). This series of one-way servo motors have lever brake type and electromagnetic brake type for users to choose. Electromagnetic brake motor enhances the torque, reduces the working current, improves the braking ability and has good interchangeability. When in-situ manual operation, as long as the knob at the end of the hand of the motor is cut to the "manual" position, the brake disc and the manufacturing wheel can be detached and the handwheel on the actuator can be operated manually in-situ.
The speed reducer is a kind of speed reducer that converts the output power of motor with high speed and small torque into the output shaft momentum of actuator with low speed and large torque. The reducer is a hybrid mechanism of cylindrical gear and planetary gear reducer with small tooth difference.
