Structural characteristics and application scope
A 220V AC single-phase power supply is used as the driving power supply. It receives 4-20mADC from the computer regulator or operator or 1-5VDC input signal to operate an all-electronic actuator. There is a servo system in the machine. No additional servo amplifier is needed. The key component "controller" uses advanced hybrid integrated circuits and resin. Casting solidification, aging treatment, high reliability, moisture-proof, shock-proof. It is easy to adjust zero point, stroke and sensitivity with potentiometer, and to choose three states of positive, negative action and interruption signal arbitrarily with functional switch. At the same time, the actuator has three protective functions: overload protection, temperature protection and compression spring to ensure valve closure. It is a product with high reliability. It can be used as an electric regulating valve with various direct and angular stroke regulating valves. Therefore, it should be widely used in power generation, metallurgy, petrochemical, light industry and environmental protection industries.
Product Characteristics of 381 Explosion-proof Electric Actuator
1. The actuator is designed with a servo system (without additional servo amplifier). It only needs to connect DC4-20mA (or DC1-5V) signal and AC220V single-phase power supply to work. With built-in terminal, the connection is very simple and convenient.
2. Controller, the key component of actuator, is made of the most advanced hybrid integrated circuit, sealed and cast with resin. It has a box shape, small size and high reliability.
3. High performance conductive plastic potentiometer is used for feedback detection of driving quantity with resolution less than 0.4%.
4. It has the function of self-diagnosis. When a fault occurs, the indicator light on the controller will immediately send out the indicator signal.
5. When the break signal can be set by the state selection switch, (the valve core is fully open, fully closed or self-locked).
6. The state selection switch can be set (positive and negative actions).
7. The input signal (DC4-20mA or DC1-5V) can be set by the state selection switch.
8. It is easy to adjust work zero (starting point) and journey (ending point).
9. When the power is suddenly cut off, the spool can be self-locked.
10. Adopting synchronous belt drive can effectively reduce noise.
11. Delay protection function, when rated load, can implement state self-locking, when fault occurs, can start protection immediately, and can reverse run to cancel delay protection.
