3. Structural description of electronic electric actuator with 381R angular stroke
1. Controller: Accept the DC4-20mA or DC1-5V signals from the regulator, and control the actuator to work in a predetermined mode.
2. Drive mechanism; turn the rotational motion of motor into angular displacement (0-90 degree) motion of power output shaft to realize the switch and regulation function of control valve.
3. Opening detection mechanism: the angular displacement of the output shaft, i.e. the opening of the valve core (0-90 degrees), is fed back to the potentiometer through the gear mechanism, and the potentiometer is converted into electrical signal and fed back to the controller. When the difference between the input signal from the regulator and the opening signal of the valve core is zero, the motor will stop working.
4. Connecting mechanism: The actuator output shaft and the valve stem are connected by the support river actuator and the controlled valve.
5. Manual mechanism: The actuator also has a handwheel mechanism, which can be operated manually to complete the opening, closing and regulating functions of the control valve when power is cut off.
Installation instructions for electronic electric actuators with 381R angular stroke
1. Because the wiring, adjustment, inspection and maintenance of the actuator require the removal of the shield, there should be some space at the top of the actuator when it is installed.
2. The installation posture of the actuator should be as vertical as possible to avoid downward inversion, which brings difficulties to inspection and maintenance.
3. In order to prevent lead wire from outside wiring, the shield should be fixed after day construction, wiring, adjustment, inspection and maintenance.
4. Installation of flameproof actuators must strictly comply with the provisions of the Safety Regulations for Dangerous Places of the People's Republic of China.
When internal and external grounding should be firmly and reliably checked and repaired, the power supply should be cut off first, then the protective cover and the connection terminals of the power supply should be opened. The creepage distance and electrical clearance should be greater than 8 mm. The sealing ring should be checked regularly for ageing and failure. When failing, the sealing rings of the same specifications and the product shell should be replaced in time, and the surface temperature of the sealing rings should be kept clean. Over 130 C
