Brief Introduction of One Control and One Control Box Products:
The control box is a product matched with the electric device of the valve. It is used to control the opening and closing of the electric valve. It can realize the long-distance control of the electric valve in the control room. After matching with electric valve, the controller is widely used in water supply and drainage, heating, power station, OEM, food, textile, paper-making, ship, steel and coal industries.

Characteristic 1: The control circuit adopts DC regulated power supply, which has reliable control, accurate opening indication and safe operation.

Description of integral electric control box:
1. The control box is three-phase four-wire system with input voltage 380V and 50Hz.
2. The control box can realize "field/remote control" conversion. "On-site" means control box operation; "remote control" means automatic operation of 24V switch signal: when 24V voltage is supplied internally (module power supply), "4" and "8" forming loops of B terminal are valve closing; "6" and "8" forming loops are valve opening; when 24V voltage is supplied externally (the switching signal provided is 24V electric signal); and "7" of B terminal. Connect the external supply signal source 24V "-" end, the "+" end and the "8" lead-in valve close, and the "+" end and the "6" lead-in valve open. All the above are point control. If continuous control is needed, please shorten the B terminal "8" and "5". This control box does not provide "DCS" function.
3. The control box needs electric devices to provide a pair of torque switches to normal closed contacts (TSO normal closing point, TSC normal closing point); a pair of stroke switches to normal closed point (LSO1 normal closing point, LSC1 normal closing point); a pair of stroke switches to normal open point (LSO1 normal opening point, LSC1 normal opening point); and the output signal of potentiometer (potentiometer is greater than 1K). )
4. Control box provides "on" and "off" buttons; "field/remote control" switch; "power supply" indication; "on" in place indication; "off" in place indication.
