The precision machined stem sealing surface roughness is 0.8mm, which can ensure the reliable sealing of the stem.
2. All the gate valves provided by our company have reverse sealing design. Usually, the carbon steel gate valve seat design adopts separate reverse sealing structure. The reverse sealing of stainless steel gate valve is directly processed or after welding. When the valve is in full open position, the sealing surface of the reverse seal is very reliable. Although there is an inverted seal in standard AP1600, this is not the basis for replacing packing under pressure.
3. It is made by integral forging process, and the minimum diameter is determined according to the standard requirements. The stem and disc are connected by T-shaped structure. The strength of the stem joint is greater than that of the T-thread part of the stem. The strength test is carried out according to API 591.
4. Carbon steel gate valve seats are usually made of forged steel. Seat sealing surface can be sprayed with cemented carbide and other materials according to customer requirements. NPS10 gate valve uses separated screw-in seat. If user needs to weld seat structure, it can also be provided; NPS12 gate valve uses welded seat structure; stainless steel gate valve seats are generally integral. Or directly process the seat after welding the cemented carbide on the seat. Stainless steel gate valves can also be separated threaded and welded seats if required by users.
5. Driving modes include manual, electric, pneumatic and gear drive. Structural types: elastic wedge single gate and rigid wedge double gate.
