Compared with other valves, ball valves have the following advantages

2. The switch is fast and convenient. As long as the stem rotates 90 degrees, the ball valve will complete the full opening or closing action, and it is easy to achieve rapid opening and closing.
3. Good sealing performance. The sealing ring of ball valve seat is usually made of elastic materials such as PTFE, which is easy to ensure sealing, and the sealing force of ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.
4. Stem sealing is reliable. When the ball valve opens and closes, the stem only rotates, so the packing seal of the stem is not easy to be destroyed, and the sealing force of the reverse seal of the stem increases with the increase of medium pressure.
5. The opening and closing of the ball valve only rotates at 90 degrees, so it is easy to realize automatic control and long-distance control. The ball valve can be equipped with pneumatic device, electric device, hydraulic device, pneumatic-hydraulic device or electro-hydraulic device.
6. Ball valve channel is smooth and smooth, and it is not easy to deposit medium, so it can be used for pipeline through the ball.
